West Coast Prep started as a single Mission Viejo facility in 2018, founded by operators who had spent years on the brand side and got tired of every 3PL falling short on the same three things: speed, accuracy, and communication.
We built it to fix exactly that. 24–48 hour prep windows that actually hold. Pick accuracy you can audit. A named ops lead and a WhatsApp chat, not a ticket queue.
Today we operate two California facilities and a vetted bicoastal partner network, serving brands that ship anywhere from a few hundred to tens of thousands of orders a month across Amazon, Shopify, wholesale, and TikTok Shop.
