West Coast Prep 3PL has officially acquired Logistics HQ, a U.S.-based fulfillment and logistics provider focused on eCommerce brands and multi-channel distribution.
As part of the acquisition, Logistics HQ founder Nikolaus Moore has joined West Coast Prep 3PL as a Partner, leading Strategic Growth.
